ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Comply with Hotel Standards of Service, following the BSA guidelines.
Communicate financial results to leaders and stakeholders.
Interpret financial data and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Serve as a financial advising liaison to hotel management and ownership.
Manage and promptly communicate cash flow balances, deposits, and any related issues.
Oversee, monitor and work to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Ensure that all monthly deadlines are met.
Lead the Month End financial closing meetings.
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and advising management of all discrepancies.
