Duties: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform month-end and year-end close processes - Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, including SOX and regulatory reporting requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes - Assist with tax preparation and filing activities - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Provide support during audits Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification is preferred but not required - Proven experience in accounting or finance roles - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus If you are a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
