Senior Accountant

Coatings Management is looking for a Senior Accountant to be an important part of our accounting team.
This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis and manufacturing industry practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the manufacturing industry, excellent analytical skills, be highly organized and possess strong communication abilities.
*Responsibilities:* * Assist in preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements including journal entry and account analysis, for multiple companies * Participate in the annual review preparation, including account reconciliations and analysis.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Responsible for Inventory Accounting * Responsible for Accounts Payable, including leading our A/P automation search.
* Assist with in-house payroll processing.
* Recognize process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency.
* Participate in the development and implementation of effective internal controls * Assist in special projects as needed.
*Requirements:* * Bachelors degree in accounting * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field, with manufacturing experience preferred * Public accounting experience preferred, but not required * Must be able to read, write and speak English Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $80,000.
