Cabinetworks Group has an opening for a Customer Financial Services Representative - Retail
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for collection and application of funds to retail accounts and deduction management.
Builds relationships with customers, field sales, management, and customer care.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily transactional activity including invoicing, claims, chargeback, and returns for our primary Retail customer accounts.
Work with cash application on regular posting of payments and processing of extensive remittance data.
Navigating through Retail customer sponsored websites, for dispute submission, EDI invoice activity, and other available reports for analysis and follow up.
Maintain business relationship with internal customers, including Sales, Customer Care and Finance, to understand customer requirements and resolves issues.
Validate legitimacy of deductions and initiate charge-backs where appropriate.
Timely and accurate processing of credit requests received from field sales.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
Prior ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)
