We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Generalist to keep our company and clients’ numbers and projects on track with unwavering accuracy.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:
Loan processing from submission to funding
Processing customer payments in QuickBooks
Disbursing customer documents - invoices, paid in full confirmations, warranty information
Answering customer finance inquiries via phone, email, and text
Office management duties as assigned - ordering and stocking supplies, incoming mail at Post Office and home office, etc.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
Experience in customer service
