Job Summary: *Infant Co-Teacher* or *Early Childhood Co-Teacher*
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as a *Daycare Assistants.
* As a *Daycare Assistant*, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for *infants* or *children*.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of the *infants* or *children*, and supporting the lead teacher in implementing educational programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the supervision and care of *infants* or *children* in the daycare facility
- Engage *infants* or *children *in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up and diaper changes.
- *Daycare Assistants *maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and lesson plans
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive interactions
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the well-being of all *infants* or *children* in your care
- *Daycare Assistants *communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience working with *infants* or *children* is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is beneficial
- Experience in preschool, childhood development, nannying, babysitting, or childcare is highly valued
- First aid certification is desirable
