Burn Boot Camp’s childwatch program is an essential part of our client’s membership benefits and experience.
We strive to provide the utmost care and respect for our Burn Kids and families along with a top notch experience so parents can have 45 minutes to workout.
Burn Boot Camp Northville is looking for MORNING SHIFT COVERAGE and EVENING SHIFT COVERAGE for approximately 5-12 hours per week.
Scheduling is flexible.
AM shift runs from 8:10am - 10:40am and PM shift runs 4:10pm - 6:30pm.

*Responsibilities*
Member Experience
* Welcome parents & kids as they arrive; put parents at ease that their children will be well cared for in a happy and safe environment
* Provide a tour of the childcare facility and explain check in/out process; answer any questions
* Ensure childwatch liability forms have been completed and are on file
* Organize and participate in recreational activities such as games, arts and crafts
* Assist children with bathroom needs as necessary; encourage parents to take their children to the bathroom before/after camp to prevent disruption
* Write and mail a "Thank You" card to all new children
* Write/manage incident reports; scan into member profile; escalate as necessary
* Enforce discipline consequences; escalate as necessary
Facility Cleanliness
* Organize toys and materials
* Sanitize toys, play equipment, wipe down as necessary
* Complete the daily cleaning checklist with all team members (includes, but not limited to: vacuuming, window cleaning, emptying garbage, etc.
)
*Qualifications*

* are reliable, punctual, compassionate, nurturing, energetic, and friendly
* have reliable transportation
* are able to staff the AM shift (8:10am - 10:40am) and/or the PM shift (4:10pm-6:30pm)
* can pass a background check
* are at least 18 years old
* Experience caring for children is a plus!
*CPR CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
