Home Daycare Assistant

```Duties``` - Assist in the daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Provide support to the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime.
- Monitor children's health and safety, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in nannying, caregiving, or working in a daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- First aid certification is a plus.
