Child Care Assistant

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Ensure the well-being and development of each child - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space Experience: - Previous experience in childcare, toddler care, or infant care is preferred - Experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus - Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques - Familiarity with babysitting, daycare, or classroom environments Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - CPR and First Aid certification is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and a supportive work environment.
