*Qualifications* * Be age 19 or older * Meet LARA licensing education requirements for lead caregivers * Be able to communicate effectively with families, other staff, and children * Be able to assess children and report results to director and families * Be committed to conflict resolution work with other staff members * Be committed to mentoring Apprentice and Flex Teachers in the mission and vision of our program * Be able to comfortably bend, use indoor and outdoor stairs, work outside in all weather conditions, move around with young children, and lift up to 25 pounds, alone or with reasonable accommodation * Updates job knowledge by attending meetings; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
