Duties: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social growth of students - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program - Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians Experience: - Previous experience working with children in settings such as childcare, daycare, tutoring, or special education - Strong understanding of childhood development principles - Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred If you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for the Lead Teacher position.
