An *Associate Teacher *at the Beginners Inn is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing environment Job responsibilities will include but not limited to…
- Assist infant team with day to day caring for infants in a compassionate and nurturing manner
-Diaper changes, feeding, record keeping and parent communication
-Ensure a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for the children.
-Engage with children in a fun, outgoing, mentorship manner
-Communicating with families regularly.
-Act as a team player and maintain a professional demeanor.
*Teacher Assistant Requirements*
-Must be at least 18 year or older
-Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Reliability required
-Experience working in a licensed Childcare Facility is a plus but, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all Beginners Inn Child Care and Learning Center standards.
-Excellent team player.
-Must be able to perform physical activities, such as but not limited to, lifting children, bending, standing, climbing or walking
-CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
