Assistant Child Care Provider

Duties: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play - Supervise children during meals and snacks - Assist with diapering, toileting, and potty training as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Follow established routines and schedules - Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns or updates Experience: - Previous experience working with children in a caregiving capacity (e.
g.
, nannying, babysitting, classroom management) - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of multiple children - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Note: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
