The Managing Partner of the Institute for Higher Learning in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a *fulltime Head Nanny *to join her house team.
The family moved from New York City a few years ago and loves to explore a diverse range of exciting activities.
*The Head Nanny will be responsible for the daily care and developmental stimulation of her 2-year-old son.
* The family also has a 10-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter, both of whom have their own nanny, although the Head Nanny may be responsible for the older children on occasion.
The *position will start in May 2024*, and ideally candidate will commit to staying with the family for at least 2 years.
In addition to being a team player able to work alongside other household staff, the ideal candidate must possess the following:
* previous full-time experience as a nanny of toddlers
* A-Z knowledge of childcare and child development
* fun, warm, loving, engaging, active, and full of energy
* dependable, flexible, and proactive are a must
* current or former teaching experience is a plus
* clean background check
* clean driving record and valid license
* valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally with family
* high degree of confidentiality, sophistication, and command of proper English
* completed Bachelor's Degree or higher
The nanny’s schedule will be *Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm*; some nights and weekends will be required.
*$65,000 to $70,000 annual salary with health benefits and paid time off.
