Vintage Schwinn Bike (Washtenaw & Platt/Huron Pkwy - close to Ace Hardware)

I found a vintage looking Schwinn ten speed bike by the garbage cans in the shopping area near Ace Hardware.
It is a bit banged up, rusty chain, the back tire is totally flat, but it's cute.
It's been outside by the garbage cans for the past few days.
I thought, if it's there in the evening then someone ditched it.
I finally took it home with hopes of keeping it and cleaning it up, but it's so cute I'm wondering if it was stolen.
