Music Man 115 Sixty-Five guitar combo amp.
Recapped a few months ago, sounds great.
Loaded with vintage Sylvania EL34/6CA7s.
Ground switch and death cap have been removed, and a three-prong cord installed by a previous owner.
This is an earlier model (1980, based on a transformer date code) which was originally equipped with a 12AX7 phase inverter and power choke, but was later updated to the more reliable solid-state phase-inverter.
I suspect it was done at the factory or a service center, based on the neatness of the wiring.
This was a free upgrade back then.
The power and standby switches were also reconfigured to the v2 wiring.
The switch on the back is the main AC power switch, and the one on the front changes the B+ voltage for low/high power output.
Middle position is standby.
New 8 ohm Warehouse G15C speaker.
Original footswitch included, though it is missing the plastic cover on the back.
Grill cloth was just replaced with the original type.
Some corrosion on some of the chrome pieces and somebody went around with some vinyl repair to fix some spots in the tolex, but it looks pretty good overall.
$650, cash only, no trades.
