Our lovely third roommate will be moving on this summer, as her graduate program is ending.

Rent: $2,370/month for three people ($790/person).
The lease lasts from August 1, 2024 - June 15, 2025 (ends early because the landlord may be moving into this apartment after that), so that last monthly installment would only be $1,185.
Tenants pay for heat/electricity and internet:
~$130/month average total for DTE [$43/person/month]
~$90/month total for Xfinity [$30/person/month].
Water included in rent.
So total average monthly cost would be ~$844.
No smoking or pets.
