The room comes with a comfortable queen bed, bed frame, head/footboard, desk with a gooseneck light, office chair, two wood bookshelves, armoire with a TV equipped with Roku and a broadcast antenna.
Other
amenities include a vacuum, bedroom mirror, wood nightstand with a desk lamp, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
As a tenant, you'll also have access to the laundry room, which is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Additionally, you can use the new LG full-size refrigerator, baker's rack, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker.
For your security and privacy, both the bedroom and bathroom doors are equipped with locks.
