I have lived here for 2 years, and absolutely love it :-) It is conveniently located 2-3 mins walk from the lively Main St.
downtown area, and is a 15-20-min walk from the Central Campus and State St.
area.
I am looking for kind, sociable and tidy roommates.
It is a great house to host friends, but important that potential roommates are also conscientious in terms of respecting each others' sometimes very busy schedules.
In terms of the landlords, they are fabulous- always respond promptly to any hiccups with maintenance, and very pleasant to deal with.
