Looking for someone to take over my lease on a big bedroom in 2 bedroom house starting April 25th.
The room is very very big and gets beautiful light.
The backyard is lovely and the block is quiet and full of giant trees.
It’s located on 6th st between jefferson and madison.
My roommate is wonderful, the landlord is responsive, the kitchen is giant.
I've truly loved living in this apartment the last 3 years.
The room has its own private entrance that goes right to the porch which has a fantastic swing on it.
There's plentiful street parking and laundry within the building.
The landlord covers heat and electricity tends to run between 15-20 a person.
The lease ends August 25th and you could choose to renew or give it up.
