The kitchen is spacious and shared.
Laundry is on site and we have a large pantry to share.
Bathroom is shared by one roommate and has a shower.
The condo complex has a nice pool that is easily accessible.
This is a quiet complex.
Both tenants are over 40 and we are open to anyone that is mature and responsible.
The balcony is nice and you are able to plant vegetables or flowers as you would like.
Overnight guests are understandable, but it would be lovely if they did not live here.
