Hello! I'm looking for a clean, respectful tenant to rent a bedroom in my 1-bedroom home.
The house has an inviting, open floor plan and split layout.
You'll be sharing the home with Mira, who rents the master and bonus rooms on the other side of the house, and works FT; Sugar, my lovable, 14-lb, 10-yr old Chihuahua/terrier mix; and Mira's two miniature Schnauzers.
Once both available bedrooms are rented out, there will be a total of three people living in the house.
There are currently two similar bedrooms for rent.
One is 11'x10'; the other is 10'x9'.
The rent is as follows:
11'x10': $750/mo
10'x9': $725/mo
The tenants in these two rooms will share the bathroom in between, once both are rented out.
You will have full access to the common areas, including: Living room, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard/patio w/covered table and plenty of shade in the evenings.
There's no TV in the house, but you're welcome to have one in your own space.
*Bedrooms are unfurnished / common areas are fully furnished.
