The living room is the most spacious in the apartment and has a curtain door separating it from the other rooms and thus will offer privacy.
An attached storage room will be yours for laundry and bags storage.
You will also have full access to the patio of the apartment.
The place has a separate room heating and cooling control, shared refrigerator, microwave, tracking lighting and large kitchen shared space.
There is a large window and a french door opening to the patio within the apartment in the living room with blinds throughout.
The bath has tub/shower, and new flooring in 2021.
You will get two additional linen closets to for storage space.
A big basement storage unit for storing unused items will be at your disposal.
Rent includes heat, water and parking.
You will share the internet, gas and electricity with the other roommates about ~ $100/per month.
