We are one half of a duplex and are right near tons of fun spots in Las Vegas ! You can walk to the river, numerous parks, 2 grocery stores, numerous bars and coffee shops and restaurants within a mile! Multiple bike paths going in every direction! We quite literally have our own parking lot (4 spots, may need to switch on/off who gets lot and who gets street parking).
Can also get around just fine via buses and the orange line as someone who does not drive.
House is furnished, except for your bedroom.
Feel free to use the furniture.
The place is getting a bit of a makeover.
The living room will be losing the carpet (hopefully this spring or summer) and we hope to do some downsizing/organizing in the coming months.
Do you like plants? Lisa has plants that come inside for the winter, and also has a green house that she's willing to share! Lisa has two friendly and cute cats, though we can’t have any more cats or dogs under our lease.
The cats are Chicken Schmidt (white) and Fig (gray).
Both are older.
One is diabetic and missing her teeth; the other is missing his claws.
Together, they make a whole cat!
Open to a wide age-range, as long as you can communicate like an adult.
This is a chill, relatively quiet household and we're looking to keep it that way, though we do have visitors! Smoking outside only, but if we can't smell it, we don't mind.
Benjamin works unusual hours from home and also out of the house (usually in his bedroom).
Lisa works from home and has her desk in the communal areas, but is mostly quiet and does not expect anyone else to be quiet.
Kitchen fully supplied.
Plenty of cabinet space for your food and personal cookware, etc.
There is also extra closet space for your storage if you need it.
