IT professional and U of M alum in a duplex on the west side of Ann Arbor.
I enjoy organic foods, sustainable living, the environment, into music [play many instruments], dance, into progressive politics, love the outdoors and really love plants [I have many house plants and a garden].
I am looking for a responsible, co-operative person to share this space with.
The room is available: June 2024 – August 2024 with possible extension
The duplex is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood near Maryfield Wildwood Park [Dexter Ave and Grandview].
Amenities include: a spacious kitchen, half-size dishwasher, full bath, free laundry, gas heat, central air, many houseplants and is on the bus line.
There is a shared front and back yard.
I also have a bucket garden and a compost pile for the plant enthusiasts out there.
The house is a 10–15 minute bike ride/bus ride to down town.
About 15 minutes from Central Campus.
And it is only $715/month + utilities
Utilities average $120/month/person
- NO Tobacco [not opposed to smokers, but you can't smoke in the house]
- NO PETS [not opposed to pets either, but that’s the landlords’ rules]
- Room is 10’ x 13’ (130 square feet), unfurnished with a closet and a south facing window.
Some furnishings are possible.
