We have one room available in our 3 bed/3 bath townhouse for the summer! We're located about 3 minutes from the big house, right on the bus line, with a CVS, grocery store, and multiple restaurants within walking distance!
The room is available from May 15th to August 1st (dates can be flexible).
The room is absolutely massive (15 x 15 ) with 2 huge windows, 2 closets, and a full bathroom attached.
The room is super private and shares no walls with any other rooms.
Room will come furnished with a full bed, desk, and dresser.
Closets will be emptied so you have plenty of room for storage for your stuff.
We have laundry in the unit, a beautiful deck with outdoor furniture, nice kitchen, fast wifi, etc.
There is also a pool, dog park, and boujee gym at our property that you would be free to use!
The place is already mostly furnished and you are welcome to anything within the unit, but we are looking for someone that doesn't need to bring a ton of stuff! We have some extra storage in the garage if needed.
Plenty of free parking on-site if you have a car! Very safe area with security that drives through a couple times per night.
1 roommate (25/f) is a student at the U of M law school that just finished her first year.
Her room is downstairs.
She likes to play basketball, read, and generally just kick it-- she's super chill and nice.
Your other roommate is a working professional (also female) that tends to keep to herself, but is also super nice, and likes to cook for us when she's home.
Both roomies will be gone for most of June, so you will have the place to yourself during that time.
Must be okay with dogs -- we have a sweet pup here that loves everyone, and tends to stay downstairs with her owner, but we love her endlessly and she's a perfect angel.
She doesn't bark and is fully house trained, but will always take pets if you're someone that wants to give them to her! We would be fine with another pet as long as they are well-behaved.
If you have a pet, the property does require a 1 time deposit of $100 that is non-refundable.
No additional pet rent.
Rent is $975 with all UTL included.
