It's convenient if you want to go to north or central camps.
The tenant also offers free parking right by the property.
Laundry here is also free.
Our current roommates are graduate and PhD students.
They are all friendly and easy going.
The house belongs to Old Town Realty.
We have spacious shared space.
Two huge refrigerators and a kitchen comes with every kind of kitchenware you might need.
The monthly rent for this room is $675+ utilities (water+electricity about 50 per month).
