About the roommates:
I am a 33 year old - male - finance professional working in the automotive industry.
I travel frequently outside of the country.
Outside of work I enjoy cycling, skiing and any outdoorsy activity.
I am laid back and can chat it up or leave you alone if you prefer keeping to yourself.
My roommate is a 27 years old - female - working in education.
We both work from home and share the house w/ my loving and friendly dog Milou - 4 year old ball of energy.
When I travel, Milou travels w/ me and won't be in the house.
Other things:
#1 Cleanliness is absolutely key, picking up after yourself after using common spaces, cleaning after yourself, being organized and tidy.
#2 Quiet and Respectful during quiet hours 9:30pm-7:00am
Utilities and Parking:
Utilities would be split 1/3 (water/gas/electric ~ 200/mo this winter so ~$70 each)
