Hello! I am looking for someone to move in with me.
Sharing a space with one another means it feels important that we enjoy spending time around each other, so I'd like to meet for a coffee and see how we vibe.
I appreciate a tidy, clean apartment with plants (I have many :)).
I would prefer to live with another woman in their 30s or 40s.
We'll share a common area / dining room / kitchen / laundry room.
This is a new second story apartment that I am moving into (in the same complex that i've been in) but is up one level, and has a balcony.
That means this apt will be new to us both.
The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apt is a wood laminate flooring.
I have furniture that I've accumulated and used over the last four years, enough to furnish a whole apartment really.
Your room will come unfurnished and is 11x12, plus you'd have a bathroom with a tub across the hall.
$950 would be your share of the split rent.
MOVE-IN IS JULY 10.
