I am searching for someone to rent the second bedroom of my garden level two-bedroom one-bath apartment off Jackson Avenue near Maple on Ann Arbor's West side.
Convenient to shopping at Westgate shopping plaza and several bus lines (30, 31, 28 and others) about 2mi from UM campus/hospital.
I'm in my early 50s and live in the apartment, well educated and traveled, non-smoking, early to bed/early to rise, professional type.
Seeking male apartment-mate to rent the second room and share some expenses.
Second bedroom - your room - is currently unfurnished has a closet and window.
About you:
Clean/routine chores are a thing, must chip in weekly especially kitchen and bathroom 🚽
Employed FT days away from the apartment
Day person, early to bed/early to rise
If you are partnered, keep it at their house, the room is for you only
If you have furnishings we can discuss adding a few pieces, furnished other than your room
No pets, drugs, smokers, or heavy drinkers
Male preferred grad/post-doc/student/traveling nurses/professional -types encouraged
Application Fee: $75 (non-refundable)
Rent is $600/month
Security Deposit is $900 (due at move-in and refundable based on condition upon vacating)
DTE is approx $50/month (we will split)
WiFi Xfinity and is currently approx $50 (we will split - may upgrade depending on needs)
Heat, Air-conditioning, water, and trash, are included in rent
*Rent and bills my change slightly, as they usually do in the spring, currently unknown*
