Looking for a clean, tidy respectful person to rent out a spare bedroom.
You will be occupying one of the two bedrooms on the second floor.
A full bathroom with a tub and shower will be shared by the two renters.
Background check will be part of the application as we are sharing a house.
The rent is 850 for the larger bedroom which is about 290 sq ft.

The larger bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser drawer, and a small desk.
The rent is 800 for the smaller bedroom which is about 260 sq ft.
It will be available at the end of April.
No drinking or smoking or any recreational drug usage in the house.
All utilities - electricity, gas, water, internet will be shared.
A small dry kitchen with small frig and microwave can be setup in the room for simple food preparation like salad or sandwiches.
Perhaps even an instant pot and airfryer for occasional meal prep.
No common use on the first floor, basement or garage.
Street parking in front of the house is available.
