We manage/rent a 3 bed 2 bath farmhouse on the border of South Lyon and Ann Arbor (horse country :P).
Last tenant had to leave abruptly due to transportation issues, so the room is available ASAP.
Medium sized bedroom with wood floors and good lighting.
The house has its quirks like any old house, but I've lived here for 7 years and haven't had trouble working around them.
It's also just a slightly different lifestyle, wood stove for heat (plus baseboard heaters) in winter, long driveway, but the natural beauty and cozyness is hard to beat.
Roommates are myself , active musician and farmer, and one other guy both early 30's and general pretty laid back and medium clean.
