Each room is completely furnished including the bedrooms.

You should not have any furniture of your own.
There is no storage available in the home.
You would have access to the entire home including the kitchen.
A car is essential.
The nearest bus stop is at Meijers at Jackson Road and Zeeb Road which is 5-miles from the home.
The home is only 8-miles from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan Hospital.
$1395 includes all utilities including DTE, Comcast internet, water, and garbage.
All sundries are also included: laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products and paper products.
With the weekly and month-to-month leases, bedding and linens are provided.
Please provide your own bedding and linen when you sign a one-year lease.
The room can be rented, also, on a weekly basis at $595 per week OR on a monthly basis for $1595 per month.
A security deposit and lease are required whether you rent on a week-to-week basis, month-to-month basis or with a one-year lease.
The security deposit is completely refundable when you move out as long as there is no damage for which you are responsible.
If you sign a one-year lease, the security deposit is $2000.
If you rent month-to-month, the security deposit is $2300.
If you rent week-to-week, the security deposit is $890.
Sorry but no pets other than my 2 dogs and 2 cats who already live here.
Importantly, you should not be allergic to either dogs or cats - even though neither the dogs nor the cats ever go into your private room.
All of them are very well behaved and they are always with me.
You should feel comfortable around animals and, preferably, enjoy them.
No one with allergies to dogs or cats, please.
