* The Customer Service/Entry Level Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals through great customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage by performing the following duties: *Duties and Responsibilities* include the following.
Other duties may be assigned by the Senior Vice President.
* Monitor sales activities for assigned accounts.
* Promote and effectively sell company standard products.
* Proactively recommend products or alternatives to sales customers.
* Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
* Participate/Hold in quarterly reviews with customer and sales partners to assess viability of inventory solutions offerings.
* Understand and support established CDMA policies and procedures as per ISO to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
* Generate Sales Reports as requested.
* Work in ERP system (NetSuite) daily.
* Answer incoming sales and customer service calls via telephone, email and website inquiries and escalate any customer complaints.
* Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner; generate customer complaint report following required steps under ISO.
* File, organize and maintain sales tools, customer information, and product information as well as customer service complaints within the ERP system (NetSuite).
* Enter Sales Orders and Purchase Order request forms as a backup for Sales Order Processor.
* Support management and/or other departments with administrative tasks.
* Enter and update relevant information in databases.
Requirements: *Skills:* * Inside sales experience * Customer service experience * Microsoft Office skills (Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint) * Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems * Netsuite experience a plus * Accurate Data Entry * Professionalism * Time management * Creative thinker/problem solver * Organization * Detail oriented.
* Ability to multi-task *Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * 2-5 years of customer service in a professional office environment and/or inside sales experience * Data entry and computer software capabilities required.
* Consumer product experience a plus * Wholesale experience a plus Full Time Headquartered Novi, MI No Relocation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
