In this role, you will provide assistance and support to children and adults with mental or cognitive impairment, as well as individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Assist children and adults with mental or cognitive impairment and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
* Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
* Document and report any changes in clients' behavior or condition.
